Picture of the Old Mill in Little Rock

Here is a picture of the Old Mill in Little Rock.  This was in the opening credits of Gone with the Wind and is believed to be the only building from the movie that is still standing.  I don't think Mackenzie appreciated it as much as we did, but she can say she has been there.

FATHER'S DAY

Today was the Wilson family's first official Father's Day.  It started with cards and a new book, a new shirt, and a pencil cup that Mackenzie made just for Dad.  We had a great day together, Mackenzie was a little fussy, but we believe that another tooth is soon to come.  After we all ate dinner together and Mackenzie had a bath, Dad finished off the day the best way he possibly could.  Dad was lucky enough to read his new book, "Just Me and My Dad", to Mackenzie, give her a bottle and let her fall asleep in his arms.  The perfect end to our first official Father's Day!!!!

Swimming

She may not be an Olympic swimmer--yet! But she enjoyed getting her feet wet!!

She wasn't sure what to think of at first, but after she realized its like a big bath-she had fun!

Even got her face wet (actually I think she was drinking the water)

"G" came to visit

We had a great visit when G got here... Mackenzie got to show off her pearly whites--she's learned to point too!
Mackenzie told G lots of wonderful stories. We think she even said "Dog" or "Duh"  either way we were all pretty proud.
Mackenzie loved to get out ALL of her toys one by one to show G, but she especially loved sitting in G's lap to read books.--Bubbles Bubbles is still her favorite!
G even got Mackenzie to rock in her rocking chair that her Grandpa Bubby made for her.

Mackenzie and G even went for several walks and picked some flowers too!
We had a great time and can't wait for G to get back here!

Teeth

Mackenzie is smiling bright now...She has two on the bottom, and the top one has finally broke through so I know that has to make her feel better!
