Christmas

Mackenzie was a little nervous about all of her new toys that Santa had left-but she quickly warmed up to it all after some Christmas waffles.  I think the highlight of Christmas was having all of our family here to celebrate with us!

Another highlight was the warm weather...Mackenzie finally got to enjoy outside with Abbey and Max---I don't know who had more fun!

Almost Christmas

Mackenzie has loved looking at the Christmas lights and has done pretty good to stay away from the ornaments.  Here are a few pictures we took-of course they never turn out the way you expect them to!

Halloween Fun

Halloween started off with a little party at school.  Mackenzie loves going for a ride in the stroller with her new friends.

Is that attitude??

After school, We headed to Grandad Stan's work to trick-or-treat. It was a bit warm, but she had fun walking the halls and filling up all the trick-or-treat bowls with her own candy.  Talk about generous!!

Although a little worn out, Mackenzie (a.k.a Fifi)

headed out for round two after dinner.  Needless to say, she was a pooped puppy!

15 months

This was Mackenzie's first time in the "Big Girl" bathtub!  Dad got her new toys to play with in the tub, and once she realized she had a little more freedom, she thought bathtime was GREAT!!

Mackenzie loves her new Piglet sleeper.  Grandad picked it out for her when they were in Chicago.

Elmo has still been a good source of entertainment.  If you look closely you will notice that his eyeballs are getting a lil scratched up.  Mackenzie still loves to push on him and laugh and she has even started carrying him around.  Thank goodness for batteries in bulk!

Big Girl

Mackenzie has just started to use her spoon for something more than a frisbee.  Usually she takes whatever is in her mouth and puts it back on the spoon, but I think we are finally figuring out that you can put the food on the spoon first, then put it in your mouth!!
