Swimsuit Issue

We are really not suppose to do this, but we thought that our family would like a little preview of some of pictures in the next Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.  They won't tell us which picture will be on the cover, but lets be honest, how could they not give her the cover.  We have decided that our little girl is growing up so fast, she just turned 1 year old a little over a week ago, and she is already in a bikini.

Happy Birthday Mackenzie

Can you believe Mackenzie is a year old?  The big day finally arrived and we celebrated at our house with family and friends.  Mackenzie loved her cake--Dad did too!!

She had fun opening all of her gifts- we thank all of you!
Especially those toys that make lots of noise!!!

Looking forward to another fabulous year!!!

Evening at Veteran's Park

We took Mackenzie to Veteran's Park for some fun with some new friends.  She seemed to really enjoy the playground and all the children running around playing.  It was a beautiful evening and I think Mackenzie enjoys the outdoors more now than ever.  She got to go down the slide with Mom and even played ball with Allie.  After this I can only assume that we will be making many more trips to the park.

Picture of the Old Mill in Little Rock

Here is a picture of the Old Mill in Little Rock.  This was in the opening credits of Gone with the Wind and is believed to be the only building from the movie that is still standing.  I don't think Mackenzie appreciated it as much as we did, but she can say she has been there.

FATHER'S DAY

Today was the Wilson family's first official Father's Day.  It started with cards and a new book, a new shirt, and a pencil cup that Mackenzie made just for Dad.  We had a great day together, Mackenzie was a little fussy, but we believe that another tooth is soon to come.  After we all ate dinner together and Mackenzie had a bath, Dad finished off the day the best way he possibly could.  Dad was lucky enough to read his new book, "Just Me and My Dad", to Mackenzie, give her a bottle and let her fall asleep in his arms.  The perfect end to our first official Father's Day!!!!
