An Artist at Work

We had a good time helping G with different things around the house, but I took time out to create some new masterpieces! (hey, Picasso has nothing on me!) Of course after working so hard, I thought a dip in the pool would hit the spot!

And It did!!

Good Times

Even though our Summer vacation has been spent driving to Joplin, Nevada, Lamar, Columbia and now St. Louis, we have still managed to have a good time, and Mackenzie can put a smile on anyones face!

She loves the water...especially watermelon!

Grandma and Grandpa

Needless to say, this last month has been a little rough, but we and Mackenzie have managed to spend some fun times in between trips to the hospital with G, and with Papa!

Mack loved playing the piano with G and helping her plant flowers.

We also spent the night at the lake with Papa, Julie and Uncle Marc. She kept us pretty entertained-- As long as dogs were in sight! She loved it!

We just look forward to having more fun in the future!

Having Fun

With all that has happened with our family, the one positive thing is that we have been able to spend more time together. Besides running back and forth to Joplin and elsewhere, Mackenzie has enjoyed seeing her G and her Papa! She has been able to garden and go to the lake. Even though her Mama was very tense, she had a great time and that is what it is about!
